“This place is the best vet by far in my book.”

We’ve been using this place for about 4 years. They take care of all 4 of our dogs. When one needed emergency surgery they got him in same day and took amazing care of him. The whole staff is amazing and informative. They take the time to answer every question and explain every detail.

They saved my dog's life earlier this year and made his living condition from almost unbearable to ideal after they were able to successfully remove a 17 lb. mass on my lab shepherd's side that kept growing and growing at an alarming rate. It seemed uncertain at first that completely removing it was a possibility but by the grace of God these amazing doctors pulled it off perfectly and gave my dog his life back, he is good as new and at 11 years old is acting like he's five again 😀 Dr. Woods is awesome, she helped so much and is so pro at what she does. They took great care of my baby, Mosley. Staff was so good to my girl, and she's a breed that not everyone is comfortable with. As a timid pup, she just needs a little extra love, and they gave it to her. I love that I can go in and tell them my girl is socially challenged, and they accommodate us with ease!

Took my bud Havoc in for check up and shots. We are going on a cross country trip, so they also gave me some meds to keep him relaxed, and settle his stomach. Was in and out in less than an hour. Staff and Dr. Ali took great care of us.

Absolutely best vet experience my wife and I have ever had!! Years of traumatic experiences with other clinics and finally we found the best vet clinic out there. Our dog requires extreme care because she hates the vet. Dr. Harp was so attentive and kind and super knowledgeable. She was very careful with Maggie and even thought of a plan of action to get Maggie the care she needed for the day. We could not recommend this place more. Love this experience and will be coming back.

Today I had the opportunity to take my 10 week old Beagle to the clinic and my experience was exceptional. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the assistant Pamela was knowledgeable and great with my puppy. The doctor was patient, knowledgeable and friendly . I would highly recommend Cy-Fair. My dog Josie had to have TPLO surgery on her knee and was kept overnight for 4 days. During that time I received update calls on her twice a day everyday without fail letting me know how she was doing. My dog is like a little secret service agent and views me as a president always in danger, so I knew she would be stressed but I was happy to know she was in such good hands. It’s been a week since her surgery and she’s recovering great. Dr. Levine did the surgery and all of the technicians where involved in Josie’s aftercare. The incision was flawless and she seems to be on track to make a full recovery. She had her staples taken out yesterday, and I once again received a call the next day asking about how it went to make sure she was ok. Surgery on animal family member is daunting and scary but I am 100% happy with my decision to go through with it.

Today was my first time bringing my dog to this office. From scheduling, multiple calls on the way there, to the vet tech who came out to my car; this office provided the best experience. The entire staff that I interacted with were so kind, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Alford is absolutely phenomenal. She was prompt even though I was a walk in, she was highly intelligent and when brought a textbook out to cite studies and literature about medications for my dog. She listened to all of my concerns and questions. She was thorough, gentle with my anxious Great Dane , funny, and just honestly one of the best vets I have had for my dog over the years. Even after I left, a receptionist called me and was checking in and I had a few more questions . She was also so patient with me as I was struggling in the moment to remember something I wanted to ask and told me it was okay and to take my time (and this was even after the office had closed). I recommend this office for any veterinary needs you might have. This will be our vet for as long as we live in the area.

This is the best group of veterinarians that you can find anywhere! They are not only knowledgeable in their fields, they have a bedside manner when it comes to our pet children/families. I would donate 10 million dollars to this group if I were to win the lottery to expand their practice and for them to be able to run tests that you can only get at places like Blue Pearl. I absolutely LOVE these vets and their staff. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares for their pets like family.

Absolutely amazing staff. One lady was hyping up my dog Gina the whole time I was there and it was hilarious. They were very clear and did everything I asked. I got a quote for my services before they did anything which was nice. They do come out to your car so you don't have to go inside. I prefer to just go in, but that's just preference. It's nice to see them catering to those who are not as comfortable.

The staff here always make you feel welcome and take care of your pet and keep you well informed about your pets care. The whole staff here does a great job, and I do not plan on going anywhere else unless I move far away.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cy-Fair Animal Hospital today. My family and I recently moved and were hoping to find a new vet we could trust with our Rottweiler, Elvis, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Dr. Ross was fantastic with Elvis, taking things at his pace and showing such patience and care throughout the visit. He took the time to explain everything in detail, from the sedation and bloodwork to the nail trim, and made us feel completely at ease. The entire staff was just as incredible. Paige was so confident and reassuring, Nia was kind and attentive while assisting, and Kiera stepped in with her expertise to make sure everything went smoothly. Every person we met was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. We left feeling so grateful for the level of care Elvis received. Thank you for treating our big guy like family. We’re so glad to have found our new vet home.
